By accessing and using Lexi Builder ("the Service"), provided by Lexi Global Sdn Bhd (201901041504 / 1350834-A), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
Lexi Builder is a web-based publishing and website building platform that allows users to create, edit, preview, and publish web pages and sites. The Service includes AI-powered content generation, drag-and-drop editing, and hosting capabilities.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant Lexi Global Sdn Bhd a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You are solely responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe upon any third-party rights.
The Service may utilise artificial intelligence to generate content, code, and design suggestions. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, originality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and modifying AI-generated content before publication.
You may not use the Service to: (a) create content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) distribute malware or engage in phishing; (c) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without written permission.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We shall not be liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, Lexi Global Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our discretion, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
